unprofessional disturbance

Unexpected wake-up call

The receptionist, Maddie, was incredibly supportive during our stay. She even tracked down a second pack 'n play, making our stay much easier when traveling with infants.

The morning wake-up knock at 9:45 from an employee was jarring. My kids were finally napping, and it was unprofessional to disturb us when check-out wasn't until noon.

Had a great time with friends! We explored the beautiful Munsinger and Clemens Gardens and kayaked down the Mississippi River. The hotel was super clean with excellent amenities like free Wi-Fi and a cozy atmosphere. Perfect location for a weekend getaway!

The only downside was the breakfast options. there wasn't much for a healthy choice. It was mainly ultra-processed food.

It was just a good match for a short interlude in Saint Cloud with attractive and competitive value for money. The cleaning cart was outside our door when we left, but the staff still missed making our bed and providing fresh towels. Call housekeeping to make sure you get your room serviced properly.

Awesome stay!

We had a great time! The location's super convenient, and I loved the clean, spacious room we got. The staff was really friendly. We even enjoyed a nice picnic outside. But breakfast could use some improvement, as it got a bit stale by the time we got there. Overall, a solid choice for a getaway!
